Job Description
Secondary Book Press (Pvt) Ltd is inviting applications from suitably qualified personnel to fill in the post
of a Finance Graduate Trainee (Harare) and the incumbent reports to the Accountant.

Requirements and Experience
1. Recent graduate below age of 26.
2. Degree or Diploma in Accounting or related
3. Excellent command of English.
4. Good customer service Skills.
5. Detail oriented.

Responsibilities and Responsibilities
1. Credit Control Management
2. Reconciliation of customer accounts
3. Reconciliations of supplier’s accounts
4. Reconciliation of Cashbooks
5. Branch operations management.
6. Asset Register maintenance.
7. Statutory compliance compilations.
8. Facilitating payment process.
9. Preparing weekly budgets and reports.
10. Preparing monthly budgets and reports.
11. Attending to external audit requests.
12. Any other tasks assigned during the programme
