Job Title: Guest House Manager (Harare & Bulawayo)
Location: Harare & Bulawayo (Dual
• Site Management)

Requirements:
• Professional Requirements in Hospitality Management. Diploma, HND/ degree
• Proven Experience in hospitality management, preferably in guest houses/lodges/hotels, with at least 10 years of Experience.
• Strong sales and marketing Skills with a track record of boosting occupancy.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem
• solving abilities.
• Ability to travel between Harare and Bulawayo as needed.
• Proficiency in booking systems (e.g., OTA platforms) and basic accounting.

Sales & Revenue Growth
• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue for both locations.
• Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and long
• term guests.
• Monitor market trends and adjust pricing/promotions to stay competitive.
• Manage online listings (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com) and ensure strong guest reviews.
