We are seeking an experienced Registered General Nurse with a post
• basic specialty Requirements to lead clinical and operational activities in our wards.

Requirements
The ideal person should possess the following minimum Requirements and attributes:
• 5 “O” Levels including Mathematics and Science.
• Registered General Diploma/Nursing Degree.
• Post basic Requirements in any area of speciality.
• 2 years after post
• basic Requirements.
• Good leadership and supervisory Skills.
• Excellent communication Skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Critical thinking and problem
• solving Skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and able to work under pressure.

The role involves ensuring quality patient care, supervising nursing and support staff, managing resources, and maintaining compliance with safety and professional standards.
