INVITATION TO EXPRESS INTEREST

SUBJECT: OPEN CALL FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FOR CONSTRUCTION OF OFFICE SUPERSTRUCTURE.

Interested companies must submit the following:
• A letter of expression of interest.
• Company profile outlining relevant Experience and capacity.
• Certificate of Incorporation and Memorandum and Articles of Association
• CR14/CR6.
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate (ITF263) from ZIMRA.
• PRAZ certificate
• Minimum criteria declaration
• Declaration of absence of conflict of interest
• Reachable of past work done
• NSSA Compliance Certificate
• List of completed or ongoing projects with .
• Demonstrate having relevance insurance cover.
• CVs of key personnel.

The scope of work includes but is not limited to:
• Construction of the office superstructure (NB: construction excludes foundation which has already been constructed).
• Adherence to approved architectural, structural, and engineering drawings.
• Compliance with Zimbabwe building regulations, health and safety standards, and relevant statutory Requirements.
• Timely completion of works as per the project schedule.
• Provision of safety and security services on site during the construction.
