INVITATION TO TENDER: SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF CHEMISTRY & PHYSICS
LABORATORY BLOCK
World Vision invites tenders from reputable and experienced organizations for the supply and
installation of a Chemistry and Physics laboratory block (1x2 rooms, each accommodating 30
learners) at Gogo Secondary School, in Lupane district. The scope of work includes:
• Plumbing and gas fittings
• Steel
• framed tools and tables with granite rock tops
• Electrical fittings
• Tiling and interior painting
• Installation of a fume hood

Site Visit:
A mandatory site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, 5 August 2025 at 10:00 AM. Interested bidders are
to meet at World Vision Lupane Centre offices for a compulsory site visit before proceeding to
Gogo Secondary School.
Evaluation Criteria:
Tenders will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
1. Relevant Experience – Demonstrated Experience in similar laboratory construction and
installations.
2. Quality of Proposal – Technical soundness, proposed materials, and adherence to
specifications.
3. Value for Money – Competitive pricing and cost
• effectiveness of the proposed solution.

Submission Requirements:
Interested suppliers must submit both a technical and a financial proposal in hard copy format.
