Job Description
LECTURESHIP POSITIONS IN THE FACULTY OF ENGINEERING NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY
The University seeks to recruit applicants with requisite Skills and Experience for the following posts in the Faculty of Engineering:
1. LECTURESHIP/SENIOR LECTURESHIP/ASSOCIATE PROFESSORSHIP (2 POSTS)
Department of Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering
Requirements
POST B: (1 POST
Applicants must have at least an MSc/MEng Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Manufacturing
Engineering/Manufacturing Engineering and Operations Management/ Manufacturing Systems and Operations Management or equivalent. A Ph. D Requirements in the respective area would be an added advantage. The applicant must have a BEng/BSc/BTech honours degree in one of the fields of Industrial Engineering/Manufacturing Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Production Engineering/Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering and have research interests in Mechanics of Machines. The successful candidate will be expected to teach the following courses Dynamics, Mechanics, Thermodynamics and Fluid Mechanics and contribute to the supervision of student research. He/She must also design and develop experiments and lead research in the area of application.

The successful candidate will be expected to teach the following courses, at both undergraduate and postgraduate level: Manufacturing Processes, Logistics, Manufacturing Information and Database Systems, Advanced Manufacturing Technology and contribute to the supervision of student research. He/She must also design and develop experiments and lead research in the area of application.
