Job Description
Reports to: Director, Support Services
Requirements
• Applicants should possess a degree in Civil Engineering, with the ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships.
• A relevant Masters degree.
• At least three years working Experience in a similar or related field.
• Possess computer Skills including knowledge in report writing.
Responsibilities
• Lead and manage high performing teams, including training, evaluation and performance improvement.
• Drive strategic projects and programs within the Support Services Department, ensuring timely delivery and excellence.
• Design and implement modernization and upgrade initiatives to enhance service quality.
• Manage budgets and finances effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
• Provide administrative support, prepare reports and offer expert guidance to the Department.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational objectives.
• Ensure exceptional service quality, identifying areas for improvement and mitigating potential risks.
• Collaborate with cross
• functional teams to drive organizational success.
• Represent the organization in various forums, promoting its interests and values.
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including staff, students, service providers and the University’s Administration
