Operating Theatre Nurse, Ophthalmology Unit

The University of Zimbabwe is inviting suitably qualified and experienced individuals to apply for the following positions that have arisen at the University of Zimbabwe Quinary Hospital which includes the University of Zimbabwe Specialist Medical Centre.
4. Operating Theatre Nurse, Ophthalmology Unit

Requirements:
• Must hold a Bachelor of Nursing Sciences degree or a Diploma in Nursing
• Must possess a Diploma in Operating Theatre Nursing
• Must be registered with the Nurses’ Council of Zimbabwe
• Minimum of two years’ Experience working as an Operating Theatre Nurse

The successful candidate must be able to:
• Have a diverse range of Responsibilities including preparing the operating room, assisting with surgical procedures and providing post
• operative care.
• Ensure a safe and efficient surgical environment for patients undergoing eye surgery.
