• winning company, and a market leader. The main purpose of the job is to generate new business, manage customer relationships, and meet sales targets. This position will report to the Marketplaces Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
Presents sales actuals versus targets report and feedback at weekly sales meeting
Meets customers & presents and sells MP products and services
Cross sells and upsells products to existing clients
Registers new accounts and KYC on all customer interaction and as per KYC SOP
Creates quotes and keep quotes progress status up to date
Revive terminated clients, putting reasons and comments
Maintains up to date knowledge about products, prices and how best to sell them
Complete courses from manager, and actively research industry trends, techniques, and best practices in sales conversion as per agreed timeline
Uploads high quality client content including the product title, description and pictures of products and services offered.
Trains and onboards clients on existing and new products.
Regularly engage with your customers to foster strong relationships, gather product/market data and offer after
• sales support
Contacts relevant customers with due, overdue and suspended invoices to encourage payment
Requirements
Diploma in Sales and Marketing, or Similar Requirements
Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Public Relations or similar
Certificate in Digital marketing is an added advantage
At least 2 years proven advertising Sales Experience
Experience in an IT environment is an added advantage
