Job Description

ASSISTANT MARKETING MANAGER
Applications are invited from interested and suitably qualified persons to fill in the following vacancy that has arisen within Croco Holdings group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies across Group brands.
• Manage and optimize social media platforms and paid digital campaigns.
• Project & Campaign Coordination: Break down strategic plans into actionable tasks, track progress, and maintain dashboards.
• Process & Resource Support: Coordinate production of marketing materials, assist in standardizing processes, and support resource planning.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the link between Marketing, IT, Finance, HR, Admin, and SBUs to ensure smooth execution.
• Data & Reporting: Track CRM adoption, compile and interpret marketing data, and monitor expenditure vs. budget.
• Administrative & Special Projects: Organize logistics for sponsorships, launches, and CR activities, and support budget preparation.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience
• Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 3-5 years' experience in project coordination, marketing support, or operations.
• Clean class 4 driver's license.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Exposure to CRM systems or marketing technology is an advantage.
