• chain partnerships. We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial management, risk control, and corporate governance functions.

• Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, or related discipline
• Professional certification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is an added advantage
• Minimum 8 years senior financial management Experience
• Experience in manufacturing finance, supply
• chain finance, or industrial operations preferred
• Strong understanding of financial modelling, risk management, and corporate governance
• Proven ability to manage multi
• currency environments and complex procurement systems
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication SkillsKEY Skills

Financial Leadership & Planning:

• Oversee financial models for production forecasting and cost optimisation

• makingFinancial Controls & Compliance:
• Oversee internal controls, audits, and compliance with IFRS and statutory Requirements
• Ensure accurate preparation of financial statements and management reports
• Manage tax planning, regulatory filings, and compliance with ZIMRA and other authoritiesRisk Management:
• Conduct enterprise
• wide risk assessments across manufacturing operations
• Implement financial risk mitigation strategies
• Oversee cost control, wastage management, and procurement financial structuringSupply Chain & Operations Finance:
• Manage supplier payments, procurement financing, and multi

• Oversee financial planning for raw
• material procurement, machinery acquisition, and inventory control
