Requirements
• Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or CPA are an advantage
• Minimum 8 years of senior financial management Experience in gaming, hospitality, or high

Responsibilities
Financial Management & Reporting:
• Oversee all financial operations across casino branches
• Develop and manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning systems
• Prepare timely financial statements, audit files, and regulatory reports
• Implement multi
• currency financial systems suitable for high
• cash
• volume operationsCompliance, AML & Risk Control:
• Ensure compliance with the Lotteries and Gaming Act, taxation Requirements, and statutory reporting
• Oversee AML/KYC frameworks, internal control systems, and fraud
• prevention measures
• Conduct risk assessments for casino cash cycles, payouts, and revenue systemsAudit & Internal Controls:
• Lead internal and external audit processes
• Strengthen internal financial controls and safeguard high
• risk assets
• Ensure accuracy in gaming revenue recording, reconciliation, and reportingOperational & Strategic Leadership:
• Work closely with casino operations to maintain financial integrity of gaming activities
• Oversee procurement, licensing payments, and relationships with foreign gaming equipment suppliers
• Provide strategic financial insight to executive management to support business growth
• Manage finance staff and supervise Skills development and performance
