Job Description SummaryAll resources, and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property. These activities contribute to, maintain, repair and refurbish sold or existing products. Includes all types of maintenance service (preventive and remedial), manage maintenance facilities and field services engineering. Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team. Executes standard operational/technical tasks typically subject to instructions and work routines. There is latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing work situations.Job DescriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesProvide technical direction and/or project management to a team of technicians and craft labor for the maintenance, commissioning and installation of gas turbine, steam turbine and generator equipment.Prepare and execute job-planning documents that define in detail the operations to be performed through engineering procedures, drawings, schedules, and process work instructions.Liaise with customers in job planning, execution, follow up and sales support. Communicate schedule details, project milestones, manpower requirements, quality/EHS issues, and tooling / equipment request to the appropriate GE personnel.Provide leadership in the resolution of gas turbine/ steam turbine/ generator technical problems through interfacing with engineering department.Preparation of outage reports, providing an overview of the technical findings, corrective actions and maintenance recommendations. Provide leadership in on-site safety and quality execution.Support the business growth requirement by driving customer satisfaction through deliver of top- quality service.Required QualificationsBachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent with solid technical competencies (Power Plant / Thermal Power / Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic/ Control Engineering etc.).Fluent in English (spoken/written).Strong PC Skills.Preferably have rele
