About the Team DoorDash's Risk & Insurance team protects and strengthens our business by managing corporate insurance programs and mitigating risk across the organization. We operate at the intersection of risk, safety, and innovation to support business growth.About the Role As a Senior Claims Analyst, you'll own claim management initiatives, ensuring our insurance programs align with business growth. You'll possess deep expertise in commercial auto bodily injury insurance programs at a nationwide level. You'll assess and mitigate claim handling risks, optimize our risk portfolio, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive compliance and resilience. This role is remote-friendly within the U.S., with a preference for candidates near a DoorDash hub office, reporting to the Senior Manager, Claims Management.You're excited about this opportunity because you will...Enhance Organizational Resilience - Develop and implement QA frameworks, conduct claim audits, and perform operational assessments to drive quality, compliance, and efficiency across the insurance portfolio. Analyze claims data and KPIs to generate insights, benchmark performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.Make a Real Impact - Influence and support DoorDash's claims strategy by aligning initiatives with business priorities and risk objectives.Tackle Complex Challenges - Lead efforts to reduce claim costs through claims initiatives to improve outcomes, and enhance the customer, Dasher, and merchant experience.Drive Continuous Improvement - Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to shape policies, processes, and partnerships that impact DoorDash commercial auto portfolio.
