A growing Agrochemicals & Fertilisers company in Norton is looking for dynamic and results
• driven Sales Representatives, with proven Experience in selling agrochemicals and fertilisers to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of agrochemicals and fertilisers to new and existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial farmers, distributors, and large
• scale clients.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed set targets.
• Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:
• A degree in Agriculture, Crop science or any related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ Experience in selling agrochemicals and fertilisers.
• A Strong network and established connections with large
• scale clients in the agricultural sector is a must have.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
