VACANCY NOTICE: BOOKKEEPER
A leading haulage transport company is urgently seeking to recruit an experienced Bookkeeper to start asap

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
• Studying towards a professional Requirements is an added advantage.Experience
• Minimum of 5 years working Experience in bookkeeping or Accounting.
• Strong working knowledge of SAGE Evolution.
• Demonstrated Experience in handling full creditors and cash book functions
• Clean class 2 Driver's licence is an added advantageKEY ATTRIBUTES
• Solid understanding of Accounting principles and bookkeeping practices
• Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
• Excellent analytical and problem solving Skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal Skills
• Ability to work independently while being an effective team player.

• Manage end to end creditors function including invoice verification, reconciliations and supplier payments.
• Maintain and reconcile cash books across multiple accounts.
• Prepare and process local and foreign payments in a timely manner.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records relating to accounts payable and cadhbook management.
• Address and resolve supplier and bank queries efficiently, etc.
