Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong Experience in interacting with government officials, managing regulatory Requirements, securing permits, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and oversee regulatory strategies to ensure compliance with all relevant local, regional, and national regulations.
Act as the primary liaison between the company and government agencies, regulatory bodies, and industry associations.
Prepare, submit, and manage permits, licenses, and other regulatory documentation required for operations.
Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company’s activities and advise management accordingly.
Facilitate inspections, audits, and inquiries from regulatory authorities.
Maintain comprehensive records of all regulatory activities and communications.
Provide training and guidance to internal teams on regulatory Requirements and compliance procedures.
Collaborate with cross
• functional teams, including Legal, Operations, and Product Development, to ensure regulatory considerations are integrated into business strategies

Requirements

Minimum of 10 years of Experience in Regulatory Affairs, government relations, compliance, or a related role.
Proven Experience dealing with government officials, regulatory agencies, and securing permits/licenses.
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks relevant to the industry i.e Motor industry and property Law.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal Skills.
Ability to interpret complex regulations and advise internal stakeholders.
Detail
• oriented with strong organizational and project management Skills.
