A leading mining company operating across the mining, energy, infrastructure, oil and gas sectors is seeking to appoint a dynamic and experienced professional to lead its Corporate Services function. This strategic role is pivotal to ensuring operational efficiency, resource optimisation, and stakeholder alignment across the Group.

Requirements include:
 A bachelor’s Degree in a business
• related field.
 A Master's Degree in a similar field is essential
 Proven Experience in a senior corporate services or operations role within a
multinational organisation is crucial for this role.
 Demonstrated extensive expertise in sectors such as oil and gas, mining,
infrastructure, and financial services.
 Strong track record in managing joint ventures, PPPs, and corporate restructuring.
 Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management Skills.
 Legal, business, or public administration Requirements will be an added advantage.
 Ability to speak multiple international languages is a plus.
