Manager, Sales Enablement - Enterprise & Ads

About the TeamThe Sales Enablement team, within Sales Strategy & Operations, drives productivity across DoorDash's go-to-market organizations. We align to company-wide OKRs and deliver a 360-degree enablement strategy spanning process, product, skill development, GTM strategy, and tooling.About the RoleAs a Manager of Sales Enablement, you will own the strategy and planning for how we enable our Enterprise salesforce, including Restaurant, New Verticals, and Ads Sales Executives. You'll partner closely with Sales leadership, Product Marketing (Ads), and GM teams to align enablement priorities with business goals and product roadmap milestones.You'll define the enablement calendar - when and how we train on product launches, sales skills, and GTM priorities; when we gather for offsites; and how new hire onboarding connects to long-term success.
