About the RoleWe are building a radically more efficient, intelligent, and AI-powered People Operating System. As the Senior Manager, People Process Transformation and Continuous Improvement, you will lead a global team of process strategists dedicated to reimagining the end-to-end people experience at DoorDash and Wolt.In this role, you'll lead bold, hands-on transformation that connects people, process, and technology in ways that save thousands of hours, improve employee experiences, and deliver measurable business impact. You will guide your team to compress cycle times, remove friction, and embed automation into our highest-impact People processes, while balancing scalability with the nuance of global and local requirements.You will report directly to the VP, People Platforms and partner closely with COEs, business unit People leaders, engineers, product managers, and operations leaders worldwide.
