This fast-paced, detail-oriented, and high-caliber position reports directly to the Vendor Operations Director and plays a critical role in optimizing operational efficiency and supporting business objectives. As the primary liaison to offshore leadership, the Vendor Supervisor ensures the successful execution of daily operations through consistent coordination, action planning, performance monitoring, and adherence to contractual and departmental standards. This role is also accountable for ensuring vendor adherence to design department policies and procedures, managing queue performance, and facilitating regional stakeholder direction.
