The Operational Excellence Manager identifies gaps, implements improvements, and ensures standardization to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and performance while collaborating with teams to boost productivity, cut costs, and support growth. The Job Site Delivery and Milk Run Manager ensures timely, safe delivery of solar materials to customer sites, managing just-in-time logistics and coordinating with warehouse, drivers, and field staff to maintain high service standards.ResponsibilitiesEvaluate warehouse operations to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and areas for improvement.Develop and implement process enhancements to optimize workflow, inventory accuracy, and labor productivity.Standardize best practices across warehouse locations to ensure consistency and efficiency.Collaborate with leadership to align operational strategies with business goals.Lead training initiatives to drive process adoption and improve employee performance.Monitor key performance metrics, analyze data, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and warehouse management best practices.Drive automation and technology adoption to streamline warehouse processes.Partner with cross-functional teams, including logistics, procurement, and safety, to enhance overall operations.Oversee and manage job site deliveries and milk run operations to ensure timely and accurate material drop-offs.Develop and implement efficient routing strategies to optimize delivery schedules and reduce costs.Collaborate with warehouse and installation teams to ensure material
