We've proven success in support and are now expanding our quality coverage into high-impact domains like Fraud, Integrity, and Risk.About the RoleAs Manager, QA Strategy & Expansion, you'll lead cross-functional initiatives to bring structured QA systems into new, complex parts of the business. This is a structured generalist role, ideal for someone who excels at driving clarity, building programs from scratch, and working across technical and non-technical teams. You'll guide initiatives from strategy through implementation-defining new metrics, launching scalable systems, and helping shape the future of QA at DoorDash.
