This is a foundational Individual Contributor role on our People Technology Product team, reporting directly to the Director of People Product. You'll be responsible for leading the development of core platform capabilities- including AI-powered automation and our unified product experience.You'll work at the heart of our hybrid custom and SaaSproduct ecosystem, connecting over 40 products and services into a streamlined employee experience.
