We're redefining how great employee experiences are built from the inside out.About the RoleWe're reimagining how DoorDash hires and scales talent - and we're hiring a Staff Product Manager to lead the charge on Talent Acquisition technology. This is a critical individual contributor role on the People Technology Product team, focused on building and optimizing the products that power recruiting processes such as High Volume Hiring, Corporate Hiring, and Requisite Management across the company globally.You'll be the end-to-end product owner for a hybrid ecosystemof first-party and third-party tools (including platforms like Greenhouse), responsible for making hiring faster, smarter, and more seamless for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
