The Role:
As a Staff Product Designer - Design Ops, you will be a tactical and strategic leader in shaping the vision of the overall product experience of the Celonis platform.You will drive the design strategy for our expanding portfolio of tools, influencing product roadmaps and establishing design patterns and interactions across the Celonis ecosystem and beyond. You will guide the design of complexI solutions that empower customers to leverage transformative business outcomes.You'll work closely with senior product & engineering leaders, and research teams to define the future of our enterprise software. Your expertise will be crucial in championing user-centered design principles, fostering innovation, and ensuring our products are not only intuitive and delightful but also ethically sound and strategically impactful.
