This role will be responsible for overseeing the rapid growth and administration of the company's global equity programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance, optimizing systems and processes, and serving as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders and external partners. This individual will work cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, HR, Payroll, and external vendors to deliver a seamless equity experience for employees, executives, and board members globally.
