Assistant Administration Manager – Housing Project
Key Responsibilities:

o. Formulate and administer contracts with architects, Consulting Engineers and Contractors
o. Engage with local authorities and quasi government institutions on all statutory and administrative issues to ensure compliance
o. Engage contractors, formulate agreements, develop and monitor control systems
o. Advise on the legal Requirements and procedures applicable to various buildings/facilities/local authorities
o. Provide legal expertise and oversight on contractors and follow through contract specifications.
o. Act as a company representative on all legal issues related to the housing project
Requirements
Requirements and Experience
• 5 years proven Experience in the administration of housing projects
• Legal Experience on contract formulation and implementation
• Possesses a clean class 4 driver’s licence
• Must be proficient in project administration with a bias on monitoring Contractors and handling related legal issues
