• EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Position: Executive Director – Business Development, Programs & Partnerships

Requirements
• A Master’s Degree or higher Degree in Business Administration, Management, Strategic Management and Corporate Governance; Leadership and Corporate governance, Leadership, International Development, or a related field. (Professional certifications in governance, project management, or innovation are an added advantage.)
• At least 6
• 10 years of Supervisory, Management, senior leadership Experience, with a proven track record in business development and program management.
• Demonstrated success in building institutional partnerships, securing donor funding, and launching international initiatives.
• Deep understanding of global corporate governance frameworks, leadership development trends, and stakeholder dynamics.
• Strong entrepreneurial, negotiation, and communication Skills.

Responsibilities
• Lead the formulation and execution of business development strategies to expand GCIGL's global footprint.
• Design, implement, and oversee innovative programs, certification courses, and leadership initiatives aligned with GCIGL’s mission.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with corporate institutions, governments, universities, donor agencies, and professional bodies.
• Spearhead fundraising, grant acquisition, and investment partnerships for institutional sustainability.
• Represent GCIGL in high
• level forums, conferences, and stakeholder engagements worldwide.
• Supervise program teams and ensure quality assurance, impact measurement, and continuous improvement.
• Provide strategic advice to the Board and collaborate closely with other directors on cross
• cutting initiatives.
