• Recognized thought leader in business development, corporate governance, innovation, leadership, or public policy.
• Demonstrated success in forging impactful partnerships and scaling programs across regions or sectors.
• Deep understanding of governance structures, institutional development, and stakeholder engagement at regional or global level.
• Excellent communication, advisory, and networking Skills.
• High ethical standards, independence, and commitment to the vision and mission of GCIGL.

As a member of the Board, the Non
• Executive Director will:
• Provide strategic oversight and policy guidance on GCIGL’s global business development initiatives.
• Advise on the growth and expansion of innovative programs and professional certifications.
• Champion partnerships with governments, corporations, donor agencies, professional bodies, and academia.
• Act as a global ambassador for GCIGL in international forums and high
• level stakeholder platforms.
• Offer independent judgment, constructive challenge, and thought leadership to the executive team and fellow board members.
• Contribute to the Institute’s sustainability, visibility, and reputation.
