Requirements
• A professionally qualified Chartered Secretary, LLB, Accounting, Finance, Corporate governance or equivalent (e.g., ACCA, ICAZ, ICSA/CGI (CIS), SAICA)
• Having master’s Degree such as MBA, MBL, Strategic management will be an added advantage
• Minimum of 4
• 7 years' Experience in a senior company secretarial, governance, or legal advisory role
• Prior Experience working with boards, CEOs, and regulatory bodies
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance, company law, and compliance procedures
• Exceptional written and verbal communication Skills
• Demonstrated integrity, diplomacy, and professionalism
Responsibilities
• Provide strategic legal and governance advice to the Board and Executive Leadership
• Prepare and maintain statutory records, meeting minutes, and compliance filings
• Ensure adherence to international corporate governance codes and regulatory obligations
• Support board meetings, AGMs, and committee engagements
• Lead the development of governance frameworks and board policies
• Foster ethical practices and confidentiality across the organization
