Position Overview
ICCI is seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Administrator to support and enhance its administrative, marketing, innovation, and governance functions. The ideal candidate will play a central role in managing internal operations, driving brand visibility, supporting governance processes, and promoting a culture of innovation and leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. (Master’s degree or professional certification in governance/innovation/leadership/management is an added advantage.)
• At least 1–5 years of relevant Experience in administration, marketing, or institutional development.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance principles, innovation systems, and leadership models.
• Proven Experience in marketing, branding, and digital communication strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a fast
• paced, innovationdriven environment.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and interpersonal Skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high
• level administrative and operational support to the Executive
Office.
• Develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for ICCI programs, certifications, and events.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement, membership services, and partnership development.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of corporate governance frameworks and policies.
• Lead internal innovation initiatives and continuous improvement strategies.
• Manage financial reports, budgets, and compliance processes in collaboration with the finance team.
• Organize and oversee events, training programs, webinars, and conferences.
• Assist in the preparation of strategic documents, proposals, and reports for the board and partners.
